Located in Palermo, one of Buenos Aires's fastest-growing areas, the 22-story tower proposes a contemporary architecture conceived around views and the relationship with the urban environment. The project is developed with a privileged orientation toward the Palermo Woods, organizing its floor plates and outdoor areas to maximize open views and the entry of natural light. Each level was conceived with a clear, functional layout, where the apartments connect directly with the landscape and the expanse of Tres de Febrero Park.
